Consultants will review and evaluate the condition of the curtain wall, exterior building enclosure system, interview building management and engineering staff as to any past or current complaints, problems, modifications, or anticipated work. We will review the architectural drawings and shop drawing documents if available, any previous studies, reports, or other relevant documents.
